Maybe they are targeting frogs. Seriously: frog eyesight is limited to *moving* object. Frogs litterally cannot 'see' stationary objects. Many web site designers seem to think that a website containing only 'stationary' media (text, still pictures, etc.) is just not 'visible', so they use things like Adobe Flash to create websites that have constant motion. I *guess* that is fine if: A) you have a wicked fast computer (and who does not have a quad core 64-bit computer with 16gig of RAM on their desktop?) B) you have a wicked fast internet connection (and who does not have a their own personal gigibit network connection to a first-tier ISP?) I guess those of us with 500mhz PIII processors with only 348meg of RAM and a dial-up internet connection are not considered possible customers for restaurants. Esp. when we run Linux and use Firefox.
