What operating system and what browser / browser version is he using?

In looking at the source code you may want to consider embedding the 
video file directly on this page (currently it is embedded on another 
html file and brought in using an iframe).  I'm a big fan of simplifying 
code as much as possible to eliminate these kinds of weird issues. 
There are also some validation errors in the code.

I suspect that your client may have an older browser or doesn't have 
flash installed (yes, there are folks out there who don't have flash 
installed).
