Gretchen, What operating system and what browser / browser version is he using? In looking at the source code you may want to consider embedding the video file directly on this page (currently it is embedded on another html file and brought in using an iframe). I'm a big fan of simplifying code as much as possible to eliminate these kinds of weird issues. There are also some validation errors in the code. I suspect that your client may have an older browser or doesn't have flash installed (yes, there are folks out there who don't have flash installed). derek -- Tunnel 7 | Standards Based Website Design w: http://www.tunnel7.com p: 413.529.0754 Read my blog: http://www.tunnel7.com/blog/ Hear my podcast: http://www.tunnel7.com/podcast/ Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/derekallard LinkedIn: http://www.linkedin.com/in/derekallard Facebook: http://profile.to/derekallard/ Gretchen / Media Shower Productions wrote: > ** Be sure to fill out the survey/skills inventory in the member's area. > ** If you did, we all thank you. > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > I have a question for all of the web designers out there... > > I filmed a virtual tour for a client, designed a simple page in iWeb and > uploaded it to my server. > > http://tinyurl.com/chathamtour > > I've tested the page on several computers, in several browsers, and it > always plays fine. > > My client says that the page won't display on his computer.
