... which could conceivably confuse a finicky browser.  Seems unlikely, though.  Still, I'd fix that first, and then see if your client is still having problems.

I doubt I'll have further insights (if the above even warrants the label "insight"), but what browser and OS is your client using?  If the client is cooperative and savvy, it might be worth having them try it in a different browser just to make sure the problem is there rather than somewhere else in the chain.  Maybe they are behind a proxy that's screwing up the MIME type or something.  I've never heard of that happening, I don't even know if it's possible, but it's always good to narrow down where exactly the problem lies.

For what it's worth, it works fine on recent versions of Firefox, IE, and Chrome for Windows.
