I don't recommend WebEx, for a couple of reasons:

  - At $0.33 per minute, per person, plus $0.20 per person if you use
    teleconferencing, meetings become expensive very quickly.

  - It requires installation of proprietary client software, which users
    always postpone until the last minute -- usually meeting time -- and then
    interrupt the meeting trying to solve their installation problems.

  - Until recently, at least, using anything other than Windows was flaky and
    poorly supported.

We've been much happier with Dimdim <http://www.dimdim.com/>.
