Robin,

Skip on over to the Apple Store in the Holyoke Mall and have a look at
them. You can play with them, ask questions, talk to the sales people,
and so on. One of the things I LOVE about the Apple Store is that the
sales people are on salary, NOT commission. They are there to answer
your questions and make you happy. They never hard sell or upsell,
because the pay structure isn't designed to reward that behavior like it
is in so many other places. I've gotten free diagnostic help at the
Genius Bar that ended with the recommendation that I go to Yes
Computers, because Yes could get me third party parts or out of date
items. They also always have plenty of people on hand to help out and
answer questions. Not the shortages of sales people you see in so many
places.
