[Hidden-tech] Need some Ruby help for Redmine install

I'm trying to get Redmine (http://www.redmine.org/) up and running on one 
of my serveres but need some help from someone that's familar w/ 
Ruby/Rake/Gem and MySQL (in a Linux enviornment).

I suspect this won't take more than 30 minutes for someone that knows 
these tools and is familar w/ their way around the command-line.
