[Hidden-tech] Requesting Screen Recording Software Recommendation

Not sure if this is OS X or Windows.  Been playing with ScreenFlow for  
OSX.  I am very impressed.  Great post editing tools, records web cam  
of you simumltaneously to screen (if needed).  Allows zoom and various  
screen focusing effects after recording.

It creates QuickTime files which can be converted to Flash with a  
number of tools (I used VisualHub, but for free you could use FFmpeg.)
