Amy,

Here's one for you. It's just within the 15 yr time frame. This want
ad is just a sketch and can be amplified. Tune in to Dean Kamen's
recent work on truly useful prosthetics for amputees, featured on a
recent NBC Nightly Newscast. The folks at IEEE also have a lot of
great info on machine vision implants, including a program to create
a "replacement" implant for the human retina by 2020.

 >Wanted: BioComputing Engineer. Applicants must be skilled and
trained in Human/Machine neural interfaces, and associated medical/
surgical knowledge, advanced prosthetics and robotics, augmented
reality technology, and, of course, computer science/engineering.
Professional and/or post-doctoral documentation, papers, patents must
be submitted with any application electronically via
www.newhorizon.biz/biocomp.<

Looking Forward,

S
