Primarily responsible for managing employees who log and resolve customers’ questions, problems and concerns. Determine staffing needs based on workload and budget; work with members of the management team to hire and retain qualified staff. Lead, train, evaluate and mentor staff. Anticipate company and customer growth to ensure that support services meet needs. Actively participate on the Quality Assurance team. Maintain smooth running and efficient operations in multiple sites in the face of rapidly changing technology and variable customer needs.
