Business Systems Analyst, PJ Library

 

Known for cutting edge philanthropic programming in Jewish life,
education, entrepreneurship and energy conservation, the Harold
Grinspoon Foundations are seeking a talented and driven professional to
help develop and manage business systems for PJ Library, our hallmark
program.  The incumbent will work closely with the Director of Data Base
Operations and the PJ Library leadership team. 

 

Responsibilities:

*	Help strengthen, plan and build operating infrastructure to
support the expansion of  The PJ Library, in new national &
international markets 
*	Interfacing with client communities for the updating and
maintenance of the data base
*	Interface with IT, accounting, grants-management, marketing &
program directors to ensure successful PJ Library operations 

Qualifications: Ability to move projects forward in a professional &
productive manner; proven track-record managing business systems and
data bases; having technological expertise in Microsoft Office
(especially Excel); strong interpersonal skills including writing
technical documents; bachelor's degree required.
