I have.  The session-start interface is clunkier than gotomypc (the
remote user has to start it and then read you a password).  It uses
VNC for the connection, which works well but can't handle logging in
and out remotely.

But it's free, and as far as actually controlling the remote machine
I found it every bit as effective as gotomypc, which I have also used.

I also wonder about Back Orafice.  Despite the name I hear that it is a
good, solid program with a very useful remote administration feature set,
but I've never had reason to try it myself.  It is also free.
