Don,

You didn't specify which Vista version.

If they are running any Vista edition besides "Home", Remote Desktop server is built-in:

The remote desktop client is built-in to all windows versions, and there are free versions for Mac & Linux as well.

  Good Day All,

I have a client that is going to be in Florida for the winter. I would like to setup their Vista computer with remote desktop access so that I will be able to support them from here in Mass. I have used GoToMyPC in the past. Does anyone have other suggestions?

  thanks,
  don
