I use www.AudioAcrbat.com which lets you record phone calls up to an hour, have call in lines for feedback and comments and create players that you can post on any HTML page or in emails. Very comprehensive. I've never had a problem with their system. Good tech response. Cheap. (Our best rated two thumbs and two big toes up.)
