Hi David,

Here's something to try, before uprooting your client and dealing with  
all that involves, i.e., address books, etc.. Try having her domain  
address added to AOL's Whitelist Program <http://postmaster.aol.com/tools/whitelist_guides.html 
 >

Then set up your forwarding address for site inquiries... oh, you  
ought to implement a good captcha script for your contact form, or the  
robot submissions may still trigger AOL's filters -- but you ought to  
have that in place, anyway, right?
