Reminds me of the recently released the Woody Guthrie album 
painstakingly recovered from early wire recordings. With new storage 
technologies appearing at an increasing rate, the recovery of data will 
become an increasing problem:
Alph: "How come you're still using that old DNA memory pack? Dimensional 
fold technology's practically free."
Bet: "I'll switch when they figure out how to open a fold while I'm 
transiting teleport nodes."
