[Hidden-tech] Vermont's virtual corporation law

I don't get it.

Physical location...everyone has a kitchen or bedroom, anyone who would
inc., anyway. That and a PO box comprises the physical location.

In person board meetings... That's the excuse to have a good meal without
paying income tax (state & fed), FICA, Medicare, and all the rest of it on
the $$ that the meal cost.

Yes, I agree that a corporation spread across the country could take
advantage of the Vermont LLC law, but very, very few small corporations are
spread across the country. And a face-to-face meeting makes sense. Often
lots of sense.

For start-up corporations, the kitchen again serves as a good meeting place.

So, the question is would I move to Vt? Having a corporation in Mass costs
about $1K / yr. Yes, Vt is a Scenic, but so isn't W. Mass. Not much of a
driver. The Real Estate agent would eat up any benefit for many years to
come.

So what are the other benefits?
