[Hidden-tech] PC to Mac file porting help wanted

You can "touch" file creation dates on Mac OS to set them to anything 
you want, but copying files won't do it for you automatically.

Most ftp programs have an option to set the destination file timestamp 
to that of the source, so you should be able to keep your creation dates 
by using ftp to transfer the files.

Another option is to Zip the files on the PC, copy the zip archive to 
the Mac, and unzip them there. Most archiving software has an option to 
keep the original timestamps when compressing/uncompressing files.
