Hi
Blackberry has a specific tethering plan that costs above and beyond the 
unlimited data plan. it is not included.

ive read (1 month ago) that  a similar iphone tethering plan was "in the 
works" from at&t.
as to what is available for whatever phone you have Andrew, I dont know, 
but this is the info on blackberry and iphones on at&t which Im familiar 
with.
