Margot,

I'm not sure what capabilities that Constant Contact offers in granular 
formatting control, they might allow you to customize CSS & HTML fully. 

We offer a broadcast email solution that allows full customization of 
CSS & HTML which gives full control over what you list below.  We 
recommend hiring a web designer (or if you have one already) create the 
email template for you.  This will better ensure consistent display 
across email viewing software.  Our pricing is competitive with Constant 
Contact.

You'll still want to send an alternate plain text only version, for the 
subscribers that like plain text... and send a PDF when you want them to 
print something and have it appear exact.
