[Hidden-tech] Computer Woes continued...

Hi --

You are all so wonderful in sending so many responses so quickly!!!

I have determined that it's not the monitor as I am sometimes able to get it
started booting up, but then it goes black. Sean at Mass Media Vision called me
(thank you Sean!) and said to start it in safe mode then start checking out each
program one at a time to eliminate problems that way. Also, the lights on the
keyboard will light up when we turn the computer on but then 2 of them go off
with the one to the far right remaining on. 

So I won't get a chance to do the process of elimination until this evening, but
we'll try it for sure. Thanks again!
