Thanks for the info on the LSOs. After reading the article on the link you sent and a Wikipedia article I checked this machine. I found a 'carload!' The part that amazed me was how deeply some of this stuff was buried in foulder after foulder, each with one object. Is this a problem on Apple and Linux also? I'm not sure if this will work, but try clearing your Flash cookies (LSOs) -- they are a type of cookie that saves your personal preferences even after you clear your browser cookies. YouTube uses them.
