[Hidden-tech] Advice or Referral Re: Registering Patent

I would like to patent a device concept. It's something that can be 
done my modifying present technology but to my knowledge nobody is doing it.

I need help with a patent search and if it's not listed, with drawing 
up docs for a patent. As I understand it, you don't need a prototype, 
just  a well drawn concept illustration.

Any information or referrals would be appreciated.
