I resell a similar service, cost is a little better than below. But the minimum monthly charge doesn't make sense for less than a 5 user office. I have implemented it for a few larger organizations and it is far more economical than software, and has the advantage of being supported, reliable, and HIGHLY accurate. Includes backup mail service and antivirus scanning. Most ISP's have just fine antispam however, so if yours is on maximum it must be bad.
