Flash is generally the best way to post a video, because it's installed on something like 95% of computers. The problem with doing it yourself is that you have to create the video file and the video player that surrounds it. If you don't know Flash, this can be tough Try using the JW flv player It's what I used on my web site It's easy to customize the video player and swap out videos. Otherwise, you can upload the video to a site other than YouTube and then embed it on the client's site.
