Marcia, I think Julie may have meant...and my point was... That it's hard to know the "effectiveness" of posting a video to youtube. I was making the point that it would be nice to know that you're delivering your video/your message to a specific, direct audience that is actively seeking out your video...not just some teenager who "stumbles" onto your video while searching for the latest video of a kitten doing a backflip off a porch... not that there's anything wrong with that:} This is probably what prompted Julie to mention her networking group...it offers a direct network of people who are actively seeking out professionals and videos of a certain type. -- Regards, Tom Adams Director/Owner www.reelifeproductions.com "cool digital audio/video stuff...not boring or dumb" 413.575.9707 Williamsburg, MA, USA www.youtube.com/reelife http://web.mac.com/reelifeproductions On Thu, Apr 17, 2008 at 1:40 PM, Marcia Yudkin <yudkinyudkin at yahoo.com> wrote: > ** The author of this post was a Good Dobee. > ** You too can help the group > ** Fill out the survey/skills inventory in the member's area. > ** If you did, we all thank you. > > > --- Julie Roads <julie at writingroads.com> wrote: > > >> Okay - So, I have a great way to avoid the teenagers, or > > any > > unqualified traffic, just clicking through.
