SpamAssassin generally needs 'help'. There is a user config file that
can be used to adjust score values and to add additional filtering, as
well as a blacklist and a whitelist.  I use SpamAssassin on my mail
server and have a lot of experience with the user config.  I can help
you with adjusting things in this config file.

There is also a companion program, sa-learn, that can be used to 'learn'
about new sorts of spam.
