Hi,

After three years of launching and operating Blue Moon Grocery and Cafe in
the refurbished factory building of Eastworks in Easthampton, we are putting
the business up for sale.

As we begin to entertain offers for the business and all its assets, we are
starting to do our homework around the details of paying off our SBA loan.

Since our current financing is through the SBA we are wondering if anyone
knows whether SBA loans are transferable to new owners or if the new owners
would have to start the process all over again.

Any advice would be much appreciated. If anyone is interested in learning
more about the sale please contact me off-line.

Thanks,
Deb
