[Hidden-tech] FTP for PC

FireFTP is a free plug-in for the Firefox browser.  I'm happy with it.
I've also used WS-FTP Lite Edition, which is free for personal but not 
business use.

A while back there was discussion about FTP programs for MAC. How about for
PC? Are there any good free ones out there, or do you recommend I buy one
like Cute FTP?
