[Hidden-tech] FTP for PC

There are lots of them.

If you use FireFox, FireFTP (http://fireftp.mozdev.org/) is a great 
little extension. If not, or if you just don't care to use FTP via your 
browser FileZilla (http://filezilla-project.org/) is good too.

A third option is to use Internet Explorer as an FTP client.
