Can give you audio but not video. If that's the best you can do, 
leave me a voicemail--I'll be gone until about 10:30.

Also, have you thought of Skype.com? If you and your homeopath both 
sign up and both have cameras on your computers, you can do video. I 
had a skype-to-skype video call with my friends in New Zealand for an 
hour, didn't cost anything.
