I love QuickSilver. I'd have a hard time getting by without it.

Some things I use it for:

* Finding contacts and sending an e-mail
* Finding a contact a dialing their number via bluetooth phone
* Adding songs to iTunes party shuffle
* Opening ssh terminal sessions to remote hosts
* Making sticky notes from the clipboard
* Accessing clipboard history
* Inserting Lorem ipsum text
