Halloween Season Intern Opening

 

Skeleton Crew Theater, a Massachusetts-based studio that produces events for
special functions, is seeking interns of all ages for the 2007 Halloween
season attraction hosted by the Clarion Hotel of Northampton. 

 

SCT plays out as part scavenger hunt and part theater. Small groups,
accompanied by a masked, silent guide, are lead through several
interconnecting sets. Along the way, SCT participants interact with
elaborate animatronic characters, collect clues and ultimately decide their
own finale. SCT transforms virtually any space into a dazzling display of
art, with handcrafted props, sets, puppets, illusions, score and effects.
This production incorporates innovation, technology, and realism to provide
a truly unique and interactive theatrical experience. 

 

SCT's 2007 show is held at the Northampton Clarion Hotel every weekend in
October. Interns will gain experience in all aspects of production, from
fabrication, to performance, to marketing and business. Because of the
seasonal aspect, interns are expected to be on site during weekends and
holidays, have good people skills, and a real passion for theatrics and the
fall season.
