[Hidden-tech] chaning the default application

Tom, 

It's in the "Get Info" window -command I-
Then go down to the "open with" tab and change the app there. Then press the
"change all" button to make ALL apps open with this app. Doesn't always work
as it supposed to. Sometimes if forgets and you have to do it again.
