Is anyone on the list using a Blackberry phone with a Mac?

Will Blackberry sync seamlessly with a Mac - or do you have to use  
Windows Exchange Server?

I'm interested in anyone's experiences using a Blackberry with a Mac  
- especially syncing email. Thanks.
