Also,

If you really need compatibility, Dataviz has MacLink Plus which has 
been around for eons. Version 16 can translate office 2007 format files. 
Basically gives you the ability to read/write whatever file formats your 
correspondents or associates require, so you don't have to actually run 
Microsoft software on your Mac. The company started up the year the Mac 
was released.
