I use Apple Mail with Gmail. Gmail recently introduced IMAP which
allows you to keep all your mail (including sent and drafts) synced
in all locations, including in Gmail's web browser interface. IMAP
stores all your mail on the Gmail server. It gives you the best of
both worlds.
