[Hidden-tech] Word Press Blogging software

Does anyone have any experience working with Word Press. I have two blogs
that use it and the documentation is of the "I'm the programmer so I know
what I'm talking about" variety. In other words, there are some assumptions
I don't share.  I need some assistance in understanding how to add RSS
feeds, current articles, and other amendments to the templates.
