[Hidden-tech] capturing time?

I'm doing something similar for a Vista training project. The client has 
asked that each lesson have the same time. What I'm doing is manually 
adjusting the clock in the Vista sidebar for each screen shot. It's a 
pain in the butt, but it works.

I'm guessing you could display simply adjust the time manually in OSX 
and either simply use the clock in the upper right corner of the menu 
bar or display the clock widget.

Alternatively, take a screen shot of the clock widget set to the time of 
day you want and drop it into your frame.
