Hi Everyone,
   
  Just wanted to pass along the link to the first conference of the New England News Forum--The New(s) England Revolution:  From Politics, to Courtroom to Classroom-- which will be held at/near U-Mass Lowell on April 7:

  The conference is not only about new media's relation to journalism and education--we're also hosting a break-out session on businesse issues related to regional economic development, with some discussion on social media.  We're hoping that this break-out session will be a springboard for a social-media un-conference focused on economic development along the I-91 corridor.  
   
  If anyone has suggestions for the breakout session, please email.  
   
  Would be great to see some of you out at Lowell--it's only one day and, relative to other confereces, pretty cost-effective :-)
