An old former IRS agent told me that I could deduct 100% of any money earned
on a job I did for free for a not for profit. Another words, I didn¹t earn
anything, so I don¹t have to pay taxes on something I didn¹t earn. If I also
didn¹t pay anything out (like I would when I give money to charity) it¹s all
even. People should be donating their time because they believe in the
cause, not because they night get something back from Uncle Sam.
