[Hidden-tech] data file sharing question

Izzy,

You have your own website, many hosting providers will allow you to set
up password protected FTP directories connected to your hosting account.

There are also programs that will allow you to control your assistants
desktop and transfer files directly. I've been using LogMeIn to control
my work computer from home and vice-versa. The pro version of the
software lets you do direct file transfers (along with other cool
things), and that might also help coordinate other things from place to
place. Of course that doesn't work nearly as well if your virtual
assistant doesn't have a computer dedicated to your business.
