[Hidden-tech] data file sharing question

Happy New Year everyone,

My virtual assistant lives many states away so I need ways to get my data
(quickbooks for e.g.) to her maybe once or twice a month. I'm aware of free
programs like filefactory and megaupload. Any others you recommend?
