[Hidden-tech] Contact management systems

A few suggestions, none of which directly hit the mark I'm afraid.

1. GoldMine is an old standard "CRM" or contact relationship management
product. Syncs with Outlook very well. Does NOT work with Vista, far as I
can tell, in the stand-alone version that they have out right now. The
corporate edition works with Vista but there's a 5 user minimum. A post from
my blog on this:

2. If you switch to a Mac there's a wonderful CRM called Daylite by
www.marketcircle.com.

3. You might try using Gmail. It will nicely link all your e-mails to
contacts, though the contact system itself is pretty basic. If you're a fan
of GTD (Getting Things Done) then there's a neat GTD system for Gmail that's
free. http://www.gtdgmail.com/

4. Finally, 37Signals is threatening to launch their new online CRM.
Information is here:
