[Hidden-tech] Seeking Less Expensive Phone Options

I've tried Vonage twice during the last four years or so and each time it
has NOT worked well. In both cases it would drop my voice so the other
person on the line couldn't hear me--not good for business. Also, most
recently, the service died completely and Vonage insisted I buy a new router
at my own expense to fix the problem. Overall, they've been extremely hard
to deal with and not customer friendly. I would stay away.
