[Hidden-tech] Small Office Space Needed

My wife is studying for her Ph.D. comps and needs an office _*in*_ 
Northampton until the end of January.  There's a baby at home, and she 
needs a something close to our home near down-town she can get away from.

- An interet connection is NOT needed
- The office need not be large at all (100 sq. ft. would be sufficient)
- She needs to be able to lock the office so she can leave books there
- There should be a desk and chair
- The office should be in or very near to Northampton--down-town 
preferable
- Needed until the end of January only
- Little to no distractions
- Well thermo-regulated (if not, we can solve this with a space heater)
- She may need to lay down at times so this shouldn't be a concern if the 
office has interior windows

Anyone know of anything available?
