I've used Web Link Validator (http://www.relsoftware.com/wlv/) in the past.

Also, WebCEO (http://www.webceo.com/) has a link check component. Or if 
you can deal with an ugly interface Xenu's Link Sleuth 
(http://home.snafu.de/tilman/xenulink.html) is 100% free.
