Both

  I'm pretty sure the newest version of Parallels can boot XP off  
your Bootcamp partition.  So that way you get the best of both  
worlds,  A native XP when you need it and the same virtual XP under OS X

Personally Parallels is fine with me, I don't use bootcamp
