[Hidden-tech] Clarification of the one post rule

For those who have questioned the Walmart and 'Kids and Tech Group'
posting, the HT discussion group rules are to allow one (fairly short)
posting with an offlist followup address on postings that have been
shown to be of common group interest but more political or off
primary HT topics when compared to normal postings.

Followup postings are not accepted, there is the forums or
other venues for such discussions.
