Subject: [Hidden-tech] Seeking recording studio

Hi all,

I need a recommendation for a recording studio. My needs are simple. Just my
voice, offering two guided meditation sessions (each approximately 40
minutes in length).

Several months ago, I recorded two meditation CDs at home using my Macintosh
computer and a Blue Snowball USB microphone ( http://www.bluemic.com/). This
setup worked well for me, except that I found it very difficult to eliminate
ambient sounds (from my computer, household appliances, cars driving by,
etc.). I would like to produce quieter, more professional sounding CDs for
my fall Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course (which begins October 24).

I am uncertain if I just need some studio time, and would then edit/produce
the CDs myself, or if I would benefit from some professional help in
production.

Thank you in advance for any recommendations.

David
