Our servers run Apache 2 PHP 5 and MySQL 5. Hosting with email is 15.00
a month

I would recommend getting your own virtual server.  Then you can
install whatever software you like.

If you have more than seven hosting customers, using a virtual
server will also save you money, at least with GAIA Host pricing.

I don't have any experience yet with MySql 5.0, so I can't
comment on that.
